Here goes the 4 weeks challenge

Week 1 – Step up Challenge

Walk or run 10,000 steps daily. Share proof via a step tracker screenshot or a short video for your walk/run.

Week 2 – Core Crusher

Complete a daily 5 minutes core workout (planks, crunches or leg raises). Share a selfie or video of showing your progress.

Week 3 – Buddy Challenge

Work out with a
friend or family member at least 3 times during the week. Share a selfie or video from your buddy workouts

Week 4 – Push up progression

Do 50 push-ups daily. Share a short clip or a before/after progress photo of your push-ups
