Week 3 – Mindful Eating
Practice mindful eating by avoiding distractions during meals. Share a photo of mindful setup to inspire others

Week 4 – Gratitude + Hyderation
Drink 2 litres of water and write down one thing you are grateful for each workout. Sharing photos of your gratitude list or water setup.
